Built by creators,
for creators.
We started M-GEM because the talent industry was broken for the people who matter most — the creators. We're rebuilding it with transparency, structure, and tools that actually move the needle.

Our Mission
Help one million creators turn passion into a profession.
Talent management used to be reserved for the top 1%. We believe every serious creator deserves access to the same playbooks, networks, and strategy — without the gatekeepers.
What we stand for
Our values
Four principles that shape every product decision and every conversation.
Creator-first
Every decision starts with one question — does this make a creator's life better?
Outcomes over output
We measure success in deals signed, growth realized, and burnout avoided.
Honest guidance
No fluff, no hype. Just the playbooks and people you need to win.
Quality over scale
We'd rather serve fewer creators exceptionally than chase vanity numbers.

Where we started
From spreadsheets to a real platform.
M-GEM began as a single Notion doc shared between a manager and his five creators. It tracked deals, deadlines, contacts, and content ideas — and within a year, those creators had collectively grown 4×.
Today that doc has become the platform thousands rely on. The principle hasn't changed: tools, taste, and a team in your corner.
The journey
From doc to platform
The Notion doc
One manager, five creators, a single shared planning doc that quietly 4×'d everyone's deals.
First platform
We turned the doc into a real product. 50 creators joined the waitlist in a week.
Going global
Expanded the team, launched the connections marketplace, and crossed 200 active creators.
Building the future
500+ creators, $2M+ in deals, and a managed program that's redefining how talent works.
"Every founder claims to be 'creator-first' — M-GEM is the only one I've worked with that actually proves it. They picked up the phone on a Sunday when a deal was about to fall apart."
