By accessing or using the M-GEM platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

M-GEM provides a talent management platform offering resources, templates, scheduling, strategy guidance, community features, and managed services for content creators and talent. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan.

3. Accounts & Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription & Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription. Pricing is listed on our Pricing page. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Upload malicious content or spam
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Reverse-engineer or scrape any part of the platform

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and technology on M-GEM are owned by us or our licensors. Templates and resources provided are licensed for your personal or business use and may not be redistributed or resold.

7. Community Guidelines

When using community features (chat, channels), you must follow our community guidelines. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these standards.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. M-GEM shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your dashboard settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification.
